    Speaker Biographies 


    Nathan Merulla, CPA, CFE is an audit manager at Dannible & McKee, LLP, specializing in audit, review and compilation services for clients across a variety of industries, including architecture and engineering, construction, manufacturing and retail. He has extensive experience performing employee benefit plan audits, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) overhead rate audits and forensic accounting engagements. Nathan also provides clients with fraud risk assessment, investigative and consulting services. 


    Carly Lyndaker, CPA, is an audit senior at Dannible & McKee, LLP specializing in audits, reviews and compilation services for diverse range of clients, with a focus in the construction and architecture and engineering industries. She has experience performing employee benefit plan audits, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) overhead rate audits and fraud-related engagements. Carly is committed to helping clients strengthen internal controls, meet compliance requirements and achieve their financial reporting objectives.
